1) While in your message editing mode, click on Additional Options found in the lower left corner of the screen.
(doing that expands the list of options).

The function that would allow one to add a new genus to the Plants/Rock Garden Plants database is inaccessible.
From the Create Plant screen (accessed by clicking on one's user name in the upper right of the screen and then on Create Plant from the Create Content area in the left-hand column), one should be able to add a new genus to the database, if it is not already in the genus dropdown list.
In Edit mode, the option to apply colour to text doesn't work. It comes out black.
Of course, there is a plethora of idiotic mistakes, glitches, archaic modes, etc.that make this forum a user unfriendly place. But really:
forum member name: cleaner
first name:pest
last name: control
And as moderator, I can't even masquerade as this joker.

I can still insert photos in posts with firefox, but not with Internet Explorer.

When placing photos in the text, it is not possible to add another photo between already-posted photos... though obviously it should be, and used to be in the old forum.
When one does so, the already-existing photos to the right of the new one are replaced by the added photo.
Could this flaw please be looked at and corrected if possible?

I would love to see the "Rock Garden Plants" section come to life again, and would like to post many photos there myself.
Firstly, a lot of info was lost in what seemed like a rather rough transition of these photos and records from the old software to this new setup. Does restoring this info, or taking another crack at loading it, reside anywhere within the priorities for maintaining this site?

When I discovered the following, I just assumed it was another Drupal system stupidness that we had to just deal with. But, maybe not.....
Look at the box just to the left of the Facebook icon. Text shows correctly (kind of) on IE but not FF!
