Hugh, I moved your action (above) to the NARGS Forum - Things To Do topic.  Maybe this topic could be used for documenting any Forum config stuff as the title suggests.  For example, I didn't realize which of the various color themes received the NARGS branding, such facts and support minutae can be listed here, to help moderators.

it seems that when repairing the recent problem with the forum the sub-headings under forum have been changed with "new and updated" being replaced by "active".  I see that by clicking on the forum home sub heading the new and updated tab shows, would it be possible to move it to a subheading to save a click or two when vieweing updated forum topics - thanks

Why is it necessary to have both a "New and updated" and an "Active" tab?  It seems redundant and unnecessarily complex.

You are, of course, correct.  it just makes a cleaner look to see just the new/updated entries.  It is completely redundant with the active tab otherwise
