Photographed 1995 July 10 in lightish woodland just off #119 between Quincy and Oroville CA .  I do not see a highway 119 on current maps, but that is what my notes then said. There were several plants in this one area, but I have never seen it before or since.  It was left undisturbed.  Thanks for any help.
