Does anyone know of some good white flowered draba species that do not look ratty after flowering?

Not sure Michael, which ones have you grown where you notice they become unkempt after flowering? I found a Panayoti blog on this very subject of white draba:

Draba ossetica sure looks nice too, well, at least in flower.

This this is a pot grown plant just two year old. I only have what we call a town garden so space in limited with the result that I have to grow most of my alpine plants in pots, the Drabas usually get a trim after flowering to keep them tidy . This one has very compact foliage and grows in a tight little bun.

That;s a nice one Michael, I like the contrasting highlights of red sepals too, has an Arabis-air about it.
Draba dedeana, although not a
Draba dedeana, although not a tight bun, is a very nice white draba. The foliage of mine always looks nice — like tiny sempervivums. The photo shows my plant in August. The clump is around 2 inches wide.
... this is, of course assuming that I have the right name on this plant. It's grown from seed exchange seed, so hard to be sure.

I can only hope my dedeana will be that nice- just planted out some tiny seedlings of that and another couple of species (thanks Krish for seed!) late this summer/fall- mine wont have so picturesque a home though- nice rocks!
