I have obtained seed grown specimens of F. davisii and F. drenovskii. Are either or both hardy enough for me to grown them in the open garden?
I have had Fritillaria davisii in the garden for almost 10 years, it lives, but doesn't do anything, and has never flowered; I don't think I have it in the right spot. I suspect F. drenovskii will be hardy in Massachusetts, although haven't tried it myself, other Grecian frit species like F. thessala have done well here.
