Comastoma species?

Forums:

Does anyone grow any of the Comastoma species?

I would like to find seed germination information for this relative of the Gentians.

Since it seems that Comastoma are annuals*, my wild guess would be that germination may be pretty direct, unlike that of many gentians (which require stratification or GA-3)... ?  I have no experience growing them.

This may be a good question to post at the SRGC forum, also.  I see from doing a search that at least one forumist, "Sinchets" (not sure if he is still active there), has grown at least one species in the garden:

Thanks Lori!  I did not know they were annuals.

I'll research a bit more,  and then just try to germinate them as other annuals.
