Collomia debilis still flowering in a trough. It's been flowering for five months.

When does your first frost usually occur?

Lori Calgary, Alberta, Canada - Zone 3 -30 C to +30 C (rarely!); elevation ~1130m; annual precipitation ~40 cm

That's all the same plant. 

The average first frost in Denver is somewhere around October 8; usually a little later here. Hard frost comes in November.
