Re: Possible phlox?
Sat, 09/01/2012 - 7:38pmIt's a Phlox, not an Arabis. The respondants in that link are only familiar with dwarf cushion Phlox, but there are many woodland Phlox species with taller growth, such as P. stolonifera, and there are hybrids to boot. Looks like one of the many selected color form cultivars of P. stolonifera.

Re: Possible phlox?
Sat, 09/01/2012 - 11:44pmYes, I know it's not an Arabis... ;)
I have Phlox stolonifera and the arrangement of leaves is much looser than the tight form shown by the plant in question, and the leaves are rounded, rather than as linear as shown... ?
Could it be Phlox nana or Phlox viscida?

Re: Possible phlox?
Sun, 10/14/2012 - 11:59amYes, that seems likely. It was suggested here as well:

Thanks for the suggestion.

Sat, 10/27/2012 - 7:52amDollars to doughnut holes, it is indeed Phlox x procumbens, a hybrid of Phlox stolonifera and Phlox subulata.
