Please note that this meeting will be held on the second Saturday of July.

Dwarf conifers and Japanese maples bring brilliant colors and intriguing textures to urban and suburban sites where space is limited. Noted horticulturist Brent Markus, owner of the online nursery, coniferkingdom.com, describes his favorites at the morning meeting. His afternoon subject is witch's broom conifers, slow-growing mutations found in trees. The plant sale after lunch offers members' plants plus Brent Markus' specialty conifers and dwarf maples.
