Sort of looks a bit out on its own - not the most imaginative of plantings! But a pretty impressive specimen - I wonder how old it is?

Yes it was in the typical commercial landscaping. The cool thing about it was its size. I dont know how old it was but it had a double crown, I should have taken a better pic.
