Does anyone know what and when to spray for leaf miners on Korean box?

check with Cooperative Extension - there are several sprays as well as some cultural controls - http://www.hgic.umd.edu/

I didn't even know boxwood ever got leaf miners.  Of course, they are not a common plant here in the north, even though big box stores sell tons of them.  Roll Eyes 

Welcome to the forum, Alice.  And thanks for the link.  Many years ago, our U of Minnesota had a hort hot line, but they became so inundated with calls that they were forced to begin charging a fee.  We still have the county extensions and other free resources, though.
