Does anyone know what and when to spray for leaf miners on Korean box?

check with Cooperative Extension - there are several sprays as well as some cultural controls -

I didn't even know boxwood ever got leaf miners. Of course, they are not a common plant here in the north, even though big box stores sell tons of them.
Welcome to the forum, Alice. And thanks for the link. Many years ago, our U of Minnesota had a hort hot line, but they became so inundated with calls that they were forced to begin charging a fee. We still have the county extensions and other free resources, though.
