Open Registration

The NARGS Forum opens to self-registration on January 31, 2011. The registration process will be such that a review of the requested login is conducted by Forum Administrators before a 'welcome' email is sent.
Due to the majority of registration requests reporting positive as "forum spammers", the approval process for NARGS Forum registration is vigorously applied. This particular message ("Open Registration") gets an extraordinary level of viewing hits, and whenever I check who is viewing this message, most often the built-in IP Tracking displays unsuccessful attempts by spammers at accessing the forum.
