From the main NARGS Forum menu, click on PROFILE, go to Modify Profile on the left and click on Account Related Settings.

On this screen there are only a few bits of information of interest (see attached photo), typically this screen is rarely used.

Username:  by default everyone is assigned a username on the forum that is their last name.  Most people leave their username as it was setup.  However, if you want to change your username, enter a new username in the Username field (photo item 1), then enter your Current Password (for security reasons, your password is required when globally changing your username), then click on Change Profile (photo item 3).

Email Address: must be a valid email address, the address is used to automatically send you email notifications about responses to your forum postings or other forum events (photo item 2).  

Other options:  there's an option to hide your email address from forumists (email address can't be seen by non-forumists by default), and to change your NARGS Forum password if desired.  Whenever changing any information, click on Change Profile to commit the changes.
