Does Morisia do well from seed?
If so where can I purchase it from.
I have searched to buy plants but unfortunately it is not stocked.

Hi John, sorry for the delay but I have only just found out how to reply to you! As you must guess I am a complete Computer Noodle!
I followed your link and emailed them but they were unable to help because I reside in Lancaster U.K.! When I 'Googled' Morisia, NARGS came up. I am a member of NAPS - Northern Auricula & Primula Society so I had no problem in assuming that NARGS was just another Northern Group!!! I had no idea that it meant North America!!!!!!! Anyway, thank you very much for your so prompt reply to my query and taking the trouble to help me. Should you ever need anything chasing up in the UK please do not hesitate to contact me at ted@libya.plus.com
Kind regards Ted.

Hello Ted, an overdue welcome to the NARGS Forum! I must have missed your initial post here.

I googled Morisia nursery England and it comes right up with a few nursery possibilities in the UK, such as Pottertons Nursery (although its not on their current list), and Craigiehall Nursery, which does have the plant, and they deliver anywhere in the UK.

May I also recommend adding general geographic locale information to your forum signature block, this will help when forumists respond to your posts with pertinent information.  Smiley

Ted it was no trouble at all. Wink I hope you feel welcome to post to this forum on a regular basis. We have members from all over the world, who I am sure would appreciate the opportunity to have discussions and share information about Primulas. Who knows we may be able to open new avenues of interest for you.

Take care and Good Gardening!!

Hi Ted, we are a lot of Northerners here - even farther north than you reside Wink And some of us do grow Primulas too!

BTW Morisia seems to be an interesting kale, didn't know it existed!
