How to Upload Photos

1. In the Image Galleries section of the left sidebar, click on the Upload Image link. An Upload Image window will then pop-up (see screenshot below):

2. Click in the Image Name box & enter the name of your photo (see screenshot below). If this field is left blank, the image's full filename will be used automatically.

3. Then click in the Image Description box & enter your description. This can include whatever information you prefer, from details about the plant to the location where the photo was taken to the photographer's name.

4. In the Gallery field, click on the down arrow to open the Gallery selector. Scroll down to find & select the most appropriate gallery for your photo (see screenshot below).

5. In the Upload From Disk field, click on the Browse button to select an image to upload from your computer to the Wiki (see screenshot below). A pop-up window will appear to help you navigate to the right folder on your computer.

6. After clicking Open, the name of your photo will then appear in the Upload From Disk field (see screenshot below).

7. Click the Upload button (see screenshot below). Your photo will be uploaded to the selected Gallery & the Upload Image window will display an Upload Successful! message. The window will also display the full-size & thumbnail versions of your photo, and provide a link so you can view it in your browser. It will also show you the code required to place your photo on a Wiki page.

8. Finally, the bottom of the window will display an Upload File section that will allow you to add another photo.
