Description:	Photographed near Passo Pordoi, Val Gardena, Italy, in the Italian Dolomites near 8000 ft. This was the second year we botanized in these alpine meadows, and returned two weeks earlier this year, with the hope that we would see this colony of P. minima in bloom. We we're lucky to target this date perfectly. Photo by Matt Mattus
