Spencer Crest Nature Center , Corning NY 1 ID: 1252 Categories: We were granted $2000 in 2008 to construct a rock garden adjoining a pavilion built by Rotary honoring Bob and Hertha Rockwell. Bob was a strong supporter of the nature center. He grew up in Colorado on his father's ranch and would return with his family every summer.
